RETURNS:
Except for custom and special orders, you may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt provided item is unused. You may return used items if they are defective. Item must be received at The Dressage Connection before refund is applied.
Saddles must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All saddles must be returned in original condition. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer responsibility.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RA# TO BE ACCEPTED!

SADDLE TRIAL:
- All saddles are on trial for 7 days starting on day of receipt.
- Please cover all stirrup leathers with a sock or saran wrap on new saddles.
- Please do not clean with any cleaners you may wipe with clean damp cloth only.
- All saddles must be returned in its original condition.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
The Dressage Connection gift certificate makes an ideal gift for and from individuals. This allows the individual to make their own choice from our wide selection of items for horse and rider. Gift certificates are available in all amounts.
